You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and only to request matching services for a bona fide bathroom remodeling project at a property you own or are authorized to act for. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.

HomeWise is a free service for homeowners that matches your project request with a local remodeling contractor in our network. We share your project details and contact information with that contractor so they can prepare an estimate and contact you.

HomeWise is not a contractor, does not perform remodeling work, and is not a party to any agreement you enter into with a contractor. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, workmanship, or outcome of any contractor's work.

You are under no obligation to hire the contractor we match you with. You are solely responsible for evaluating any contractor, verifying their credentials and insurance, negotiating terms, and entering into any contract for work on your property.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a project request. We may decline to process or share requests that appear incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.

By submitting your information through the Site, you agree that we and the matched contractor may contact you via email, phone, or SMS regarding your project request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.

Our Site and services may involve or link to third-party platforms, including contractors, advertising platforms, or other service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, conduct, or practices of any third-party services or contractors.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of OFC Media Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site and all services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Site, the matching service, or any work performed by a contractor in our network.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OFC Media Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the matching service, or any agreement, work, or interaction between you and a contractor.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
